The staff, everyone, was super-friendly and exceptionally attentive. The hotel had a central location, walking distance to a movie theater and a theater. The property was walking distance to bars and the movies.

This unique hotel occupies a unique building in the historic style. Its location minutes away from the heart of South Haven is marvellous. It's steps away from Taste, where you can have lunch.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was unique and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect and magnificent, at a moderate distance from a lakefront beach. The property itself was in a cozy area, short walk to the heart of the downtown tourist district and all the restaurants, beaches, shops, and many nice restaurants and stores. Had a lovely stay here.
We didn't like that there was parking missing.

Wonderful old, unique hotel with accommodating staff. Unique brand-new room with view over courtyard. Lots of supplies in the room: climate control, flat-screen television and a fridge.

Thank you for an excellant stay. Charming little hotel, it offers excellent services and magnificent location next to both Lake Michigan and the heart of the downtown tourist district as well as South Haven for a family funeral. Overall great food, plus there is Black River Tavern close by.
